Planetary Gigs Society is a nonprofit charitable organization with the mission of Making Connections through Music with the Intention of Creating Peace.  The Society will provide resources and information about the power of music and organizations that are promoting music and musicians.  The Society also sponsors a podcast called Planetary Gig Talk - Tales of Music and Magic.

Native American Cultural Music – with Verdell Primeaux, Theresa Bear Fox, and Izzi Shenandoah --- November 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM EST ---- This will be a discussion among two-time Grammy winner Verdell Primeaux, Theresa Bear Fox, and Izzi Shenandoah about the importance of music historically to Native and indigenous cultures. Music and Hermeticism – with Su Terry, Cornelius Boots, and Peter McClard --- December 11, 2025 at 12:00Noon EST  ---- The panel will discuss the profound seven major principles of Hermeticism and how they impact musicians and artists, as well as how these principles can uplift society as a whole. Accomplished musician Su Terry recently wrote the book Music and the 7 Hermetic Principles, and Cornelius Boots wrote the introduction. Music and Plant Medicine – with Carol Santosha, Marshall Thomas, and Chuck Sebek --- December 18, 2025 at 12:00Noon EST --- This program will feature a conversation with musicians who can describe and understand the role of music in connection with plant medicine. Carol Santosha is a music shaman from Brazil, who has participated in journeys as well as the powerful moon dances. Marshall Thomas and Chuck Sebek have significant experience with the medicines and the traditions that provide support.

Music, Mushrooms, and Mycelia – with Eileen McKusick, Roy ‘Futureman’ Wooten, and Rayne Grant --- January 8, 2025 at 12:00Noon EST --- This program will explore the relationships among music, mushrooms, and mycelia. Rayne Grant is a mycologist, Eileen McKusick is an author, scientist, and expert in tuning forks and the human biofield, and they don’t call Roy Wooten ‘Futureman’ for nothing. Some say mycelia created life on earth and also that sound creates the universe, so this should be interesting
